• Linux or Windows OS web server
• FTP Access
• PHP 4.3 or above
• MySQL Database
  • MySQL Database 3.23 or above
  • MySQL (MySQL PHP extension)
• Or, PostgreSQL
  • PostgreSQL version 7.3 or above
  • PGSQL (Postgresql PHP extension)
• Some knowledge of HTML is highly recommended
• HTML editor or Text editor
• PHP knowledge is optional.

Miscellaneous PHP Settings
