The quality of our software is an important issue to us. Your observations and problems concerning scripts and default templates are greatly appreciated. You will be notified on the status of your report in a timely manner. If you are not running the most current software release, please review the release notes to see if the problem has been corrected in a newer release. Registered users may update their scripts at any time using the function found in the wizard panel. For problems with default templates, please check our template library to see if a newer template has been made available. (Store templates are never updated once installed).
